IEM with a trio of drivers
With the tia Trió from 64 Audio, discerning users get a professional high-fidelity in-ear monitor that utilizes a three-part hybrid system consisting of one dynamic driver and two balanced-armature drivers. Also equipped with proprietary developments such as the innovative tia (tubeless in-ear audio) system without sound-conducting tubes, integrated Apex technology for a high isolation level (-15 dB) and fatigue-free listening, and LID (low-impedance design) for remarkable sound consistency regardless of the audio source, the tia Trió meets even the highest expectations. The scope of delivery includes a detachable 1.2 m cable with a 3.5 mm mini-jack connector, a carrying case, and a selection of foam and silicone earpieces in three sizes each.

The drivers and the tia system
The closed three-way in-ear monitor is equipped on each side with an open BA tia driver for the highs, a BA driver for the high-mids, and a rear-ventilated dynamic driver for the bass and low-mids. Instead of impeding the sound with attached tubes, the drivers are tuned to each other by frequency-shaping sound chambers to enable them to sound off unhindered into the so-called "tia bore". In this way, the tia system reduces the distortion and resonance that would otherwise normally occur and thus delivers an organic and detailed sound. Furthermore, the integrated Apex technology uses pneumatic-interactive ventilation to reduce intra-ear pressure in order to prevent premature ear fatigue.

A hit both inside and out
Thanks to the tia and Apex technologies, the tia Trió delivers an excellent monitor sound with a wide frequency response, clean depth gradation, powerful bass, precise mids, and transparent highs.
