I have used a few pairs of studio monitors, and I am very, very happy with these. In my opinion, the 4" woofer is a perfect compromise for a smaller studio room, and the sound quality is very satisfying. I also got these due to their features, mainly the integration with SoundID, and although its a bit hard to set up, it delivers great results; something that other speakers wouldn't do. They are a bit pricey for that size, but I really think the build and sound quality, as well as the software features are worth every part of it.

Highlight ist für mich definitiv der DSP im Zusammenspiel mit Sonarworks. Ich messe meinen Raum ein, seichere das Profil direkt auf den Lautsprechern, und ich muss mir um Sonarworks keine Sorgen mehr machen, denn ich kann mich darauf verlassen, dass alles korrigiert ist, egal mit welcher Quelle ich die LS bespiele. Die Steuerung über Netzwerk funkioniert tadellos. Und ist auch einfach und schnell zu bedienen.

Klanglich ist definitiv der X-ART-Hochtöner der Star der Show. Alles was darüber kommt klingt sehr toll, auch wenn für mancher Leute Geschmack es vielleicht etwas zu schrill ist. Exakt klingt er allemal. Der 4" Tieftöner fällt für mich etwas ab. Der Bassbereich hört bei 52 Hz auf. Und die Tiefen müssen auch deutlich mit Sonarworks gezügelt und bearbeitet werden, sonst klingt es untenrum zu matschig.

Die schmale Abstrahlcharakteristik der Hochtänders erfordert eine exakte Aufstellung. Umso wichtiger je kleiner der Hörabstand ist. Wenn man zu hoch oder zu tief sitzt, sind zu viele Höhen bzw. Tiefen wahrnehmbar.

Super zu Frieden! Wollte eigentlich die x Serie kaufen,... aber habe mich doch für die neue v Serie entschieden bereue keine Sekunde echt super klang was so auch zu erwarten wahr, nur wer die Lautstärke brauch sollte sich doch die A8V holen

I would say that I have pretty controlled acoustic in my home studio, and understand sound measurements pretty well, but I couldn't make these 4's sound as I wanted... I mean, you choose Adams first and fourth most for the middle and high range, so don't expect so much low end in these.

The new calibration system is pretty easy, but the volume nub is made super cheap.
