Nice midi keyboard but far from premium
Milberry 05.02.2021
It's a nice little midi keyboard that is considerably better than its wired predecessor. The improvement is to do with the USB port that is more sturdy and reliable now and, obviously, with the bluetooth functionality. The overall design is better too.
Please beware that the thing won't work wirelessly with a PC (although it would pair via Bluetooth but won't be recognized as a MIDI input device). It's a pity.
The constantly blinking light of the TAP TEMPO button might be annoying, but they say it can be overcome with a software trick, but I never tried it thus far.
The feel of the keys is quite predictably quite plasticy. But one just should not expect miracles at this price level. With this in mind, the keys are just fine. Those with no previous experience with such gear should take into account that the size of the keys is much, much smaller than those on a regular piano.
Overall, I could quite recommend this piece of gear. I hardly know of a better alternative.

Akai's quality in compact wireless midi controller
Chris Chen 06.10.2018
Akai stands for good quality and fashion design.Akai LPK 25 is a compact MIDI control for various condition use.You can use it in wired or wireless. It also capable for iOS.
I think the highlight of this product is that it offer sustain pedal socket, which I haven't seen in other 25keys wireless keyboard. It is so useful for me while I arragine on the ipad with a sustain pedal connected.
The built-quality is quite good. The keys and the button feels so durable and stable, offering Akai's significant quality.
It is a good choice for you to choose Akai LPK 25.

p
good learning curve
pesh 16.02.2021
I bought this as alternative, as one is better than none. And so far is doing it's purpose. Sure it's small and it takes time to adjust but overall quality is good I think. For it's size has good amount of functional options and you can take it with you where ever you go. I say it perfect for new learners on a lower budget.
