Realy big reel book

It consists of many reels... more than I could think.
But tunes are not adapted for concreted instruments. You should do it yourself. It's not a big problem, but it would be better if you have remarks such as - this tune for whistle in D, other one for bouzouki etc.
Each instrument have specific.
But the book has a good quality.

Die Blätter werden durch eine stabile Spiralbindung zusammengehalten, was ein Aufschlagen erleichtert. Die Noten sind schön übersichtlich und klar auf dem Blatt sortiert. Die Liedbezeichnungen, also die Überschriften, wurden allesamt in der Keltischen Schriftart geschrieben, was mich immer wieder freut und für ein besonderes Gefühl sorgt, wenn man es aufschlägt.
Die Auswahl der Lieder ist für Menschen, die sich für die irische Musik begeistern, ein Traum: Reels, Marches, Jigs, Folk Songs usw. Es ist alles dabei. Von der mitgelieferten CD sollte man sich nicht täuschen lassen: hier sind lediglich 12 Lieder drauf, das war`s. Das ist auch der einzige Schwachpunkt aus meiner Sicht.
Das Buch ist für eine Vielzahl von Melodieinstrumenten wie Flöte, Geige usw. gedacht. Zusätzlich findet man über jedem Lied die notwendigen Akkorde für eine Begleitung durch Gitarre o.ä.

Wie gesagt, ein rundherum schönes Buch, das einem viel Freude bereiten kann.

Le volume est le plus dense (parmi les "standards")en titres originaux avec textes de présentations en intro et de niveau (violon) intermédiaire. On en a pour son argent, en plus avec un CD qui permet de s'accompagner sur 18 des morceaux (ensemble instrumental avec doublage de la partie mélodique).Les titres chants à la fin sont à transposer car dans une autre tonalité que dans la partition. J'aurai préféré un accompagnement pur sans ligne mélodique doublée et un tempo légèrement plus modéré pour certains titres. À prendre et conseiller. L'auteur dont la maman est Irlandaise connait son sujet, merci à lui pour cette ouvrage.

En el CD no vienen todas las canciones del libro. Esto debería verse claro en la portada del libro ya que de todas las partituras, tan sólo vienen 18 en el CD. Es un engaño monumental, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.
