Gorgeous piano for the price, but mine had medium defect on arrival

I bought this piano to learn playing, so I can not tell a lot about sound and keyboard, but as for me they are really super, I would not tell the difference between acoustic piano and this one at my level.

Unfortunately the build quality which I can review relatively fair - has few flaws:
1. Stand is not stable enough. Even on flat surface, with prolonged bottom stabilizers (there is an option to add ~10cm to the depth of the stand) - it still shakes if not placed against the wall. I wanted to place it in front of panoramic window - so I had to put some soft pads between piano and glass so it has some fulcrum to not hang back.

2. The bigger problem appeared to be a defective plastic piece on a keyboard. Plastic panel on the right side of keyboard flipped out and stuck in a weird position - so I could not even open the lid (imagine my frustration after an hour of assembling : D). I did not want to wait for a return/replacement stuff - so I had to disassemble part of the keyboard and click the plastic part to the place. Fortunately it seems OK after that manipulation.

a
Sounds, looks and feels good.

Casio PX-870 sounds and feels like a real piano. The keys feel very realistic, not too heavy, and not too light. The Ivory touch on the keys makes them even nicer and less slippery.

It was very easy to assemble the piano and I love how compact it is.
We have a small flat but the piano fits like a fist in the eye :)

I will highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for great quality digital piano for home.

Really happy with this one.

First electric piano natural (to my ears...). plays nicely, I could squeeze it in a pretty tight corner and is quite fun to use with the Chordana Play app (if you have the right connection kit, camera connection kit for latests iPads), I even sometimes use it as a midi controller for other iPad apps or in logic.

Fab piano

Bought this piano as an upgrade from keyboard for our children who were learning piano fr over one year and wanted to get the 'real thing' for home use. This piano sounds great, has real feel and is great value also compared to other brands, and has got the seal of approval from their teacher. It has plenty of features and sounds for what we need. Can highly recommend.
