One should at least try them once

When it comes to strings I am very cautious about the reviews in general as often it is a matter of taste, feeling and last but not least "habit".
My regular sets have been the D'Addario Nickel Bronze 12-52 BT or 12-53, which are in the Euro 11-12 range, while the XS is in the Euro 19 range.
Note, that I am not a fan of coated strings, but in this case I decided the try just one single set for fun sake and make sure my regular Nickel Bronze sets are still the best choice for me.
Having tries the XS strings, I must admit that I am NOT disappointed by this set, but pleasantly surprised and I am sure they will become strings I will most likely often consider in the future.
In short:
A very nice set of strings, they feel very good, tuning immediately very stable and they do sound very nice.
Try them at least once :-)

Awesome strings

I'm surprised by the quality of those strings. The tone is a personal preference of every musician so everyone should experiment once in a while but my search is probably over. Strings are very stable in their tune, I had to only tune them twice in the first hour of play and they stayed in tune for a week. Also they are nice in touch and do not tear skin that much like my previous experiments with different strings

After 20+ years with Elixir’s due to I hate changing strings I can say I’m converted. These doesn’t have the snappy plastic sound like other coated strings. You’ll get warm, organic sound that last for months…(and I sweat a lot). Use them on my , Collings, Martin, Lowden, Maton with brilliant results. Only strings that comea close are Santa Cruz.

Love these strings great sound that stays. I have used other coated strings in the past that could start to peel and feather. These don't and they stay like new for a long time. Just as well as they are not cheap but cheaper than when they first came out. Although the initial outlay is high that is offset by the length of time they stay at a usable level and the fact that you don't have to spend time changing them so often. Very pleased. The electric version is great too.
