Ich spiele schon seit knapp 18 Jahren eines der ersten PDP Sets aus der CX Serie. Und nun bin bis heute super zufrieden mit dem Sound, der Verarbeitung und der Optik. Nun war es an der Zeit sich mal wieder ein neues Set zugönnen. Nach meheren Tests namenhafter Hersteller wie Ludwig, Gretsch oder Tama bin ich bei PDP geblieben. Der Sound ist einfach gut. Da kann man nix besseres finden, in dieser Preisklasse. Die Verarbeitung, die Gratung, die Beschläge, die Optik, die Hardware sind tadellos. Und die 24er Bassdrum schiebt ungemein und bedarf echt wenig Eq beim mischen. Das ist wirklich bemerkenswert. Für jemanden für den DW zu teuer ist, ist die CM Serie von PDP bestens geeignet. Es ist natürlich nur mein subjektiver Eindruck, vorallem als jahrelanger Nutzer und mitlerweile großer Fan dieser Marke.
Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
