Perfect I/O solution for my board

Perfect I/O solution for a pedalboard. Putting this pedal on the outside of the board ensures that guitar and amp cables can easily be attached to the board without requiring the otherwise first and last pedal in the signal chain to be put with a connector on the edge of the board.
Great for adding an output boost when needed as well.

Multifunctional device

It is a multifunctional device which has a variety of uses but unfortunately it affects the original sound in a bad way. It makes it more computerish and unnatural in my opinion which is a shame as it really offers a variety of options and it would make a great addition to the pedalboard.

Positif:
+ peut servir de "patchbay"
+ Entièrement Analogique. (parcourt du son)
+ très léger, on à limite peur de le casser...
+ le buffer dépoussière bien le son : avec bcp de câble les fil deviennent capacitif (78 picofarads pour 1 mètre de sommer câble par exemple) et agissent comme un filtres pass bas...
+ la fonction Boost (avec volume réglable) est intéressante.

Négatif:
- la LED de mise sous tension sur le coté c'est pas très pratique.
- le prix (oui quand même)
- noise filter: mange trop le son.
- différents réglages possible, mais qui ont tendance à manger la tonalité.
- Entrée "Input Loading" réglable : impossible à manipuler. Même avec un outil, c'est juste un calvaire..

Edit du 28/01/15:
- Important et valable pour un grand nombre de pédale => les écrous des prises Jack manquent souvent de serrage. Ce qui occasionne des défauts de masse (parasites , hum, etc). Un conseil : vérifier le serrage des Jacks, potentiomètres, switchs de chacune de ses pédales est la garantie de s'éviter des plombes de galère à chercher de faux problèmes de câblages, chaînages... etc.
