Exceptional guitar
Paul St 02.02.2020
I ordered the guitar a few days ago. It arrived quickly and very well packed. While I was waiting for the shipment, I watched a few videos online. I didn't know what to expect from pickups this model. But all doubts were dispelled instantly when I plugged it into the amplifier. Exceptional sound. Very clean tone suitable for blues. But also a solid rock and metal relic. Typical LP sound. I think the guitar is suitable for beginners and intermediate students. I would personally recommend it to any LP fan. I play blues and this guitar fits perfectly in my hands. As a side note, maybe I can point out the finish. Especially on my guitar, there are some very slight indentations in the body. Of course, this can be an effect. However, the guitar has a worn finish.

First and foremost, I'm very happy that I own this gorgeous guitar. I'm merely just an amateur so I'll write down just what I got from this guitar. At first look, the matte gold finish looks great. But looking closely will reveal some imperfections on it, mostly on the paint. The new headstock is also great. Although I have very small hands, it's not that hard for me to play with it. Higher notes though will probably be a trouble for most. I don't own the best amp, but I get great tones on a clear channel. Things get a bit muddy when I add some gain, but I'm not sure who's to blame there. I get some buzz from time to time so that might be a thing to check out. I didn't change the strings until after a few days and the guitar was constantly out of tune with the stock ones. But after that it holds the tuning quite well (I use D'Addario 10-46).

nice one

i ordered this one because it looks great and i was curious about the coil split. I can only say it is a great guitar, in coil split mode you can get nice punchy clean sounds, almost like a strat. But in humbucker mode with plenty of gain, the sound becomes very powerful and raw, like you expect from a classic Les Paul. I do own a gibson LP goldtop and i can tell, there is very very very little difference in sound. And finally they changed the headstock! I can tell for the price, it's an exceptional guitar that looks great. they really nailed it!

-good finishes for this price,
-the guitar neck is very fine,
-sounds good,
-the pickups Alnico Classic Pro sounds clear and have a good sustain
-the pickups switch is not firm, it has balance in all directions and it seems cheap
-coil-splitting are very usefull,
-in the photos the color is more yellow but in real is true goldie, anyway looks fine,
-front finish is matt,
-I'm not sure if I like the fact that the texture of the wood is seen and feel in the top under the paint, it looks a little like it is painted at home.
- the frats are very fine polished and do not scratch your hand at all,
- the headstock looks very fine with the new form,
-The Grover keys feels very thin and easy to setup,
-in conclusion, this guitar has a fair price and offers very good finishes.
