HIT THE GROUND RUNNIN

For the price I really wasnt expecting a guitar that was so special - like many, I bought this as a van halen tribute for the wall more that anything but let me tell you - this thing rocks harder than my custom shop charvel - no lie! I dont know what magic was put in it but it works! the trem is as good as any OFR, the graphics are KILLER - which are hand done by the way;

my friend has the same guitar and the lines are not the same, plus, you can see the tape lines. I have no idea how they do it at this price.
but the sound - no more chasing the brown sound - it is packaged here for you and ready to go. it would be impossible to build this guitar yourself for less money - even parting it out would net you a profit!

dont think about it, just buy it, you will be happy you did!!

EDIT: after closer inspection, the guitar is slipping on the G & B strings in the nut and there is a small paint problem around the humbucker route.. hopefully these are isolated issues and everyone else got a good one.. sadly this one needs some work so back it goes.. I think I will wait for a striped wolfgang now...

I still believe these are good value for the money - but like any MIM guitar, I would recommend playing before you buy to avoid these "Monday Morning" or "Friday Afternoon" guitars!

This guitar is fantastic value! It's everything you need in a rock guitar,
nice pickup, fast neck, locking tuners and the bonus of the D tuna that
after a little adjustment works like a dream. It stays in tune no matter
how much you abuse the whammy bar! The only thing that it doesn't
have is the dummy neck pickup and tiny scratch plate or I would have
given it five stars!

Good sounding guitar, descent quality

I've had this guitar for a couple of years now and it's just an amazing tool. It's robust and sounds kickass both for rock and metal. Dial the volume down a bit and you can get a nice clean tone out of it too. It's not very versatile, but that's not what it's aimed for neither.
Good value for money in my opinion.

A quality product for the price.

I got this one for the nostalgic reason. I just wanted to try one as a VH fan.

It is well-made as a Mexican built guitar. The neck is silky smooth and the weight is just right. Also it is nice to have a D-tuna at this price point.

Overall, not as nice as Charvel EVHs or US Wolfgangs but it is a great rock guitar for any VH fans out there. Sometimes I miss a neck pickup but the tone is in the tone knob.

Love the look and its simplicity!
