Fender Champion 40
If you want to play with clean sound in mind, it's a fantastic sounding combo, effects are stunning, tone control works, built-in speaker sounds just fine, headphone output included with stereo effects even dough amp is mono.
The down side are distortion effects, very digitally edgy to me in contrast to the nice sounding clean channel. All in all - good Fender amp for everybody who likes classic Fender Clean sound!

Ok

Great for beginners
This amp has a lot of great features for beginners. Built in effects, different amp models, two channels, aux input, etc. Great for bedroom guitarists learning how to play guitar. No mid control feels strange

good value for money
some of the inbuilt effects are poor but reverbs are good and I tend to use it on green tweed voice with yellow spring reverb plus pedals! It is a good pedal platform and good value for money. I would recomend it to anyone who cant afford a tube amp like myself!

Great for practice and small gigs
Great performance and quality. You can choose between more than a dozen effects. The voices in the gain channel offer interesting tone variations. Fender champ 40 offers one of the best clean sound in this category of amp.

Nice channel one with typical Fender cleans. Channel 2 offers some decent tones you can dig. About effects do not expect something great but that's why pedals are for. Though it has decent ones like the tremolo and one delay-reverb type. I like to use channel one with fuzz/overdrive pedals. Warm sound at an affordable price. Light and portable, great for small gigs-clubs.

Fender Champion 40
nice clean sound
takes pedals well
I only use the first channel with many pedals
the sound is very very good for a solid state amp not as warm and rich like a tube fender amp but close.
i do not use the effects and the amp models but they sound good
and yes ...you can't get better for that money
