Great and comfortable minimalist guitar
jimrocks 16.03.2020
The most comfortable and balanced guitar standing up. Features are exactly for me - locking tuners, hardtail, just a volume knob, jumbo frets, great case included.

Features, quality
Frets quality was great - no frets are loose, rough around the edges or too high/low. Finish quality is great - no defects or sharp edges on any hardware. Electronics soldering is of high quality and looks clean.

Intonation, action: good but not perfect, probably because of change of climate and string gauge. Took a few minutes total to adjust with only a screwdriver and included hex key.

Standing up, the guitar has perfect balance (compared to my neck-heavy Telecaster) and will stay balanced while playing. I see this as the greatest feature of this guitar, I've never played any guitar as comfortable as this.

The neck is finished in thin satin lacquer and feels great and fast. Doesn't get "sticky" after playing for a while or having sweaty hands. Neck profile is also great - it is a mix of a modern C and some Ibanez Wizard or Charvel neck profile.

Body finish is satin polyurethane, feels great and it is a thin coat.

Things I were wondering before buying:
Will it fit thicker strings with standard nut? A: YES. I had no problems using a 11-56 Daddario EXL117 set.
Will the tuners fit thicker gauges? A: YES. No problems with a 11-56 set.
Are the frets stainless steel? A: No

Metal Beast \m/

I have been waiting for this moment for very very long time. It was very impossible to find this guitar at my country ( Turkey ). Finally I was able to order it through Thomann. Guitar is on the way right know, I will update my comments once received and check how it feels and sounds :)

After all customs clearance process and tax payment done, Finally I had a chance to play with this metal beast.

-First thing that I noticed it's weight. This guitar is really heavy. I have to practice a lot at home to play with it.
-It has darker tone. Much bass and mid. I have ESP Eclipse 2. It has same pickups but sound are very different. ESP is brighter.
-Its really huge :) I mean really really big guitar than expected
-Really easy to play
-I am not a tone switch guy, So only volume switch is really easy to use
-Sound is really powerfull. With all same amp settings for my 2 guitars, this guitar saying that '' I AM HERE ''

Good guitar with finishing problems
Richard second 13.04.2019
Pros: Very comfortable to play, the body shape is so nice and the guitar sits in lap or strap well. Neck is similar to strat, easy and comfy. The guitar weights little more than modern strats but weight distribution is good. Sound is typical Emg sound, hate it or like it.

Cons: The biggest flow is the finishing. The fret work was very bad: the edges of the frets were extremely sharp what made the guitar unpleasant to play. And it was not only a few frets that was sharp: every fret and on both sides of the neck were in the same horrible condition. Also the pickup switch was wrong way put in place: when the switch is ”forward” position the bridge pickup is activated but it should activate the neck pickup. That is easy to fix and it is not big issue. But maybe thease together tells something about the finishing of the product and guality control?

Conclusion: when you get properly finished product it will be awesome for its kind of music. Pretty versitale guitar too keepind mind that it has no tone control and the pickups are high output active Emg’s.
