Such a poor quality and disgraceful service
Anonymous 23.10.2022
I bought this guitar and played it probably for an hour. After a couple of times playing it, the bridge just collapsed on one side. I did read already that some people prefer to change the bridge of this guitar, but I couldn't imagine I would have problems with it after such a short amount of time.

The luthier I usually take my guitar to, said that he thinks the problem it's due to the poor costruction quality of the bridge which in fact, was also a bit loose. I decided to write to Thomann to explain what my problem was, attached videos and pictures of it and they told me to send the guitar back to them.

I did it and they didn't even put the bridge back in place, so basically they didn't even touch it, and they provided me an allen key(??). Wait, they did touch the guitar, because it came back with 4 or 5 very deep scratches on the back. When I asked to the customer service how it could be possible, they basicly replied that I might have been the one doing those scratches, for some reason(??)

What happened just shocked me, so I recommend everyone not to buy this guitar on Thomann but in a physical store. The guitar is alright, but the problems with the bridge are well known, so that is better to have a store to take it back to, in case. Thomann might be such a big company, but just behaved like a business ran by two or three people and I'll definitely never buy from them again.

Nice features, came in with scratches on the headstock

+ Many tonal possibilities
+ Sound is good
- but had some buzzing at the bridge, even at quite some high action.
+ Nice colour - although a bit different from what is shown on the picture, more greenish turquoise.
- Came in with some unevennesses on the headstock, which is a pity for this price.

Pretty neat
ayyyy lmao 19.06.2020
the controls could be a bit intimidating at first but a quick youtube video will clear all confusions up. The only thing someone should be careful are the the the guitar is restrung. It's quite different from what i'm used to to so i kinda did a big oof and wasted one new pair of strings before i figured out how it works. long story short don't cut too much of the string. Another than that i'm very happy with looks, sound and feel.
