Top quality and amazing value

FGN make the top end Ibanez guitars and have also made the Fender Made In Japan versions.

This guitar is perfection in craftsmanship, not a fault to be seen. Better than Fender and Gibson imo.

Top drawer Seymour Duncan pickups but unfortunately the plugged in sound is not for me. Too much top end for my taste.

Viel Gitarre für wenig Geld

Hier bekommt man wahnsinnig viel Gitarre für sein Geld.
Die Iliad in White Blond mit Single Coils war meine erste höherwertige Gitarre. Inzwischen habe ich auch eine Neo Classic und eine Masterfield von FGN.
Die Iliad ist aber bis heute meine Lieblings Gitarre. Sie fühlt sich einfach toll an, spielt sich super, klingt super, ist sehr vielseitig.
Deshalb hatte ich schon länger ein Auge auf die Iliad mit Humbuckern. Für den aktuellen Preis von 799€ musste ich zuschlagen. Wobei ich sagen muss, dass sie auch zum normalen Preis von 999€ immer noch sehr preiswert ist.
Nun ist sie da. Ausgepackt und angespielt, ein Traum!
Die Gitarre war perfekt eingestellt. Saitenlage könnte nicht besser sein. Der Hals fühlt sich extrem gut an. Ich glaube ich mag das Griffbrett hier noch ein bisschen mehr, wie bei der White Blond.
Die Tonabnehmer klingen super. Der Humbucker Sound gefällt mir hier noch besser, wie bei meiner Neo Classic.
Und die Möglichkeit, die Humbucker zu splitten verleiht der Gitarre noch mehr Versatilität. Der Single Coil Sound am Hals klingt klasse.
Die Verarbeitung ist wie bei allen meinen FGN Gitarren top.
Und der Look der Gitarre in schwarz ist auch traumhaft.
Das könnte meine neue Lieblings Gitarre sein.
Generell kann ich sagen, wenn ihr eine Gitarre sucht, schaut euch bei FGN um. Was Preis/Leistung angeht, sind die Japaner ganz vorne dabei.
