Best Controller out there!
Jay-Æ 02.10.2018
6 loops, fully midi controllable and very easy to use. Not going to dive in all the features here (there are so many) but if you need a device to create clarity and overview in your tangled-up guitar-fx, then this is the way to go! Great overview-window which is clear in even the darkest corner of the stage and everything you need is just ne glance away! Great guys from G Lab as well. Quick for support and easy to get in touch with.
Just one tiny flaw is the lack of an editor for PC/Mac which could make life a lot easier for making setlists instead of the cut/copy/paste on the device itself. No worries though, i'm busy making one especially for al GSC-4 users :) out due begin 2019 ;)

Good....

For the money you get great build quality and excellent performance. I am using this with a kemper profiler to control it via midi and then use the loops in a separate amp which works well. The main down side to this unit is the appalling English in the manual and then the way the manual is laid out its self. It is NOT user friendly and uses some strange terminology to direct you certain ways. Also the bank up and down can only be used to do so in the g-lab its self so I have had to assign seperate switches to do that for me in the kemper.

Over all a great piece of kit but incredibly complex and hard to get going.

Very versitile piece of gear!

This board is top of the line and integrates very well with my T.C electronic G-major 2. It has taken my rig to new hights with the combined midi and loop switching capabilities. The menu and programing features are good, but the manual is lacking in explanations and you have to do a bit of trial and error to get everything working via. midi.

On a side note, the output and input jacks are quite close together, so using pancake jacks for the patchcables is a bit of a squeeze an can cause ground shorts if you use jacks like the Hicon pancake jack.

G Lab GSC 4...
Stefan J. 625 25.05.2016
I bought this having owned the GSC 3 which I also liked. This controller can do just about anything you want it to do. I have it channel switching my amp at the same time as turning pedals on and off in different combinations. As well as that I have my favourite pedals setup as instant access - the best of both worlds! Having a built in buffer which is selectable for each preset is awesome. I haven't used MIDI yet, but plan to soon. I find it very very easy to program and things can be changed very quickly should you need to (but like I said I haven't tried MIDI yet so can't comment on that!). The only reason I gave it only 4 stars for features is that it only has 6 loops- a couple more would be nice- I guess I could add to it with their MIDI expansion loops.
All together a well- built, sturdy unit which has given me no issues whatsoever and sounds great.
