Habe schon etliche Saiten auf meiner Les Paul rumprobiert. Am Ende lande ich immer wieder bei Saiten aus dem Hause Gibson. Dürfen aber auch gern mal die zwar deutlich günstigeren Ernie Ball Slinky sein, die ich immer als Notreserve greifbar habe und auf die ich auch nichts kommen lasse. Die Gibson Les Paul Premium Light hatte ich bisher noch nicht, also musste ich sie auch mal probieren. Verarbeitung ist Top, da hatte ich bei Gibson aber auch nichts anderes erwartet. Klanglich passen sie gut zur Paula und bringen den klassischen Les Paul Sound schön zur Geltung. Sie lassen sich auch angenehm greifen. Also alles in allem ein Saitensatz nach meinem Geschmack, für den ich dann auch gern mal einen Euro mehr ausgebe. Zur Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, das wird sich zeigen.

J'ai essayé pour la première fois ces cordes sur ma Gibson Les Paul Studio que j'utilise depuis 30ans.
J'en suis très satisfait, le jeu est très agréable, les cordes sont souples comme il faut (tirant 10-46).
Ce qui m'a marqué le plus c'est la longueur (sustain) du son qui était moindre avec d'autres marques.
La corde de Mi grave fait le boulot malgré la taille (46)
Le seul point négatif que je pourrais noté est le prix, qui est assez élevé.

Genau, wie die Überschrift sagt - aus meiner Sicht die besten Saiten für eine Les Paul.
Wie oft bei Saiten, sind die Unterschiede subtil, tragen aber dennoch zum Endergebnis bei.
Durch die "Pure Nickel" Ausführung sind die Saiten etwas leichter zu spielen. Hier ist der Effekt noch etwas ausgeprägter als bei anderen Pure Nickel Strings, die ich ausprobiert habe. Die Höhen sind insgesamt etwas "weicher" als bei anderen Saiten. Wichtig ist, "zu schneidene Höhen" bekommt man damit alleine nicht in den Griff, sie mildern solche aber ab.
Ich habe die Saiten nach 3 Monaten ausgetauscht, allerdings nur aus "Sicherheit" und weil Griffbrettpflege erforderlich war. Sie klangen noch immer sehr gut, die nächsten werde ich möglicherweise länger spielen ...

Ist 15€ für einen Satz Saiten angemessen? Das muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Auf meiner Les Paul sind sie auf jeden Fall mein klarer Favorit geworden und lösen den "D'addario-Standard" ab.
