Die Les Paul DT ist nicht meine erste Paula. Aktuell spiele ich noch eine Les Paul Custom und eine Les Paul Supreme und hatte davor einige Les Paul Standards. Aber als ich diese Paula ausgepackt und das erste Mal angespielt habe, war es schon um mich geschehen. Selbst unverstärkt ein glasklares Klangbild und dank des Slim Taper Neck eine super Bespielbarkeit. Am Verstärker ebenfalls eine Wucht. Bei der Verarbeitung ein Abzug für den lockeren Toggle-Switch. Dieses Thema scheint Gibson nicht immer im Griff zu haben. Es ist mir unerklärlich, dass so etwas bei der Endkontrolle durchgeht. Aber unter dem Strich bin ich absolut glücklich mit dieser Paula und froh, dass ich Sie gekauft habe. Ach ja, sie sieht auch noch richtig gut aus.
