Amazing amount of power and flexibility
Peteus 22.02.2023
This powers my kemper rack. So kemper, wireless, eventide h9, midi pedal, midi combiner and midi pedal via phantom. Amazing to fit that in a tiny space. My whole rig is only a 4U rack!

Substitutes up to 5 separate power supplies
Bob4u 23.04.2023
In my guitar's rack effectively reduced the amount of power supplies due to 4 adjustable outputs (2x 4-9V 2x 6-18) and 1 fixed at 12V.
First two outputs can be used for 5V devices or 9V devices, all 4 outputs can be adjusted for 9V devices. Last two can be used for 9V 12V 15V 18V devices.
So there's plenty of flexibility.
I suggest to check the voltage with a voltmeter to be sure of the exact voltage.

R
Stunning looks and functionality.

The brushed aluminum casing certainly draws your attention. It looks really good. Looks can be deceiving, but it this case, it's not! ;-)

I have used Harley Benton Powerplant power-supplies before...

My first was a Powerplant Junior, really wonderful simple small power supply.. 5x 9v 120mA. I used it at home first for a while, but also used it for gigging later on. NEVER problems. No noise, no hissing, no buzzing..100% silent. No issues at all in 9 YEARS..
That is how good it is.

I ended up replacing it because it i wanted to change the cable length and it also scared me a bit that the power chord is not replaceable.. If for some reason power chord wires break internally, you have a big problem at a gig. Although if you do not have pedals that need more then 120mA and you don't care about the cable length, my advice would be to simply buy 2 Harley Benton Powerplant Juniors, (it's so cheap... ) keep the second one in a bag/case with your spare stuff..

I replaced it with the Powerplant ISO-1, 5x 9v 500mA, which allows the power chord to be replaced / use a custom cable length.. used it for 4 months: ~9 gigs, ~9 band rehearsals. same story.. 100% reliable, but replaced it because i needed a power-supply that could feed my new bass preamp that needs 12v 650mA. ( i don't like having multiple adapters/power-supplies on my pedalboard, i like it clean and minimalistic..) Many power supplies do not offer 12v 650mA, most are limited to 300 - 500 mA, took me a while to find one.. Of course it was another Harley Benton Powerplant, the ISO-3:

I was not sure it it would work before trying it, took the gamble: the 12v 1000mA LINK output can be used for that preamp pedal without any issues.. no noises.. (It will probably work with other 12v required pedals too, just try if it works..)

If you are gigging quite a lot like me, 1 - 3 times a month, and you want reliability: i would highly recommend Harley Benton Power-Supplies with the internal power-supply / the "c14" power cable connection, not the ones that have a 12v adapter connected.. the adapter wire thickness scares me in terms of possible noise and buzzing it might introduce and in total it's much compact and cleaner looking..

The price is crazy cheap compared to other decent noiseless power-supplies.. Many 150-300+ power supplies have less isolation/noise preventing measures.. And they are more expensive!!
Besides that, the brushed aluminum casings of the "Harley Benton Power-Plant ISO series" alone should be enough to buy one, quality craftmanship, it's beautiful.

Thank you Harley Benton.

12v at 500ma

Only brick that does 12v at half an amp, so if you’re using a mini vent II you’ll be after one of these. Survived one gig. So far so good 👍🏻
