Simple, powerful, effective.

SIMPLE:
it has everything needed on a combo amp of this category.
The Input perfectly works both with passive and active bass.
The Bass, Mid and Treble knobs (cut or boost) give a great control over the tone, but in case of more specific needs on the frequencies, there's a 7 bands graphic EQ to go a bit deeper into the sound shaping. Both EQ sections (knobs and sliders) are very effective and can provide a lot of cut/boost headroom on each corresponding band or single frequency - no need to cut or boost too much with the sliders of the graphic EQ in order to get a good result. Just I would have preferred to have an ON/OFF button on this EQ section.
To connect all the pedals of my board into the rig there is the SEND/RETURN section. Nice to have it!
Unfortunately there isn’t a Direct Line Output... It would have made this amp really complete.

POWERFUL:
a lot of power, I am quite surprise of this baby!
Warm and well defined sound (thanks to the materials used in the woofer, as claimed by Hartke itself).
Great low end and a lot of headroom to push up the sound, very good versatility with the 2 above mentioned EQ sections. And the output level is always kept under control by the internal limiter: that's really a great feature and it definitely works pretty well !

EFFECTIVE:
Just simple as easy to use, with a general linear sound that respects the character of the bass plugged in (it doesn't add any particular color to the sound of the instrument).
I think it provides great performances in all its features and commands.
Not very portable, quite heavy. And I don’t like the uncomfortable handle on the top. I would have preferred 2 handles on the sides, that better prevent back pain accidents if you need to often move it (fortunately that’s not my case with this amp ; )

A Bargain Practice Amp
Anonymous 21.05.2016
Well I need a practice amp after I sold my Ampeg BA108. I needed a bigger amp to satisfy my power need.

I purchased this amp at 7th of May and it arrived 13 days later to Turkey. The first thing i feel is when i picked up the box is its a bit heavy compared to something like Rumble 100 (Unit is 23 kilo's to be precise) but it's ok for me.

Pro's

The aluminium+paper speaker is really great. If you like some snappy/sharp tone , it works wonders. But its also a very versitale unit. The low and top end is very great and clear !! The 7 band eq is very nice to see where do you want your tone to be and send input can be used for recording devices.

Con's

There's no -15db input. But it can be used for both active and passive. Bit of a head-scratch moment when I got it. Also the headphone input could be smaller one. However the biggest minus points for me is you can't turn off the tweeter. Otherwise its a really great amp.

I recommend that product for anyone who needs a really versitale combo amp.

Great value
BetonBasista 30.12.2018
My first bass amp bought new and I dont feel disappointed. Im using it mostly to practice at home and gig with drummer and guitarist.
75 watts is more than enough for my needs. HD75 provides mulitple tone options with its 7-band equalizer. Back and front is finished with nice in touch, cool metal. The sound it provides is impressive too. Overall sound is heavy and full, but not muddy. Amp needs only some EQ adjustments if you are after very punchy tone.
Speaking of heaviness - it is almost as heavy as well sounding ;) Weights about 22 kilograms, which is heavy even for cheap, 75w, bass amp.
Still, great amp for great price.

Pros
-Cheap
-Powerful
-Well finished
-Great tone
-Effect loop

Cons
-Heavy
