Died while firmwar upgrading
Quality of the buttons and faders are ok but not great. Integration with Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton, Reaper works.
Unfortunately my unit died during the firmware-upgrade process. The customer-service of Icon were not able to help, not able to answer if this issue is covered by warranty.
The issue is common and discussed in many forums online.
The unit is useless after failed upgrade process!

Disappointed
The product looks good but is not reliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I installed the latest firmware, followed all the internet instructions I could find. I used it with Cubase 12. It only has the Mackie Control integration which is very outdated. No stable function.
