Clean Sound

I've been menaced with endless variying degrees of distortion and other eccentric problems from my studio monitors for ages and I was about to give up on figuring out the problem and fixing it and instead pay whatever it would have cost me to get them serviced somewhere, but somehow I stumbled upon a audio forum thread detailing same issues I had with the not only the answer to my bewilderment but also a solution. Apparently interferences in the audio signal was more or less the problem which I had thought of but disregarded since there were multiple different issues which I figured had to mean the problem was something else (or at least not JUST interference).

But after plugging in my M-Patch all the issues magically disappeared and I've been blessed with clean sound since then. Also its incredibly nice to have an actual volume knob without having to resort to using the computer OS' software volume control every time.

Can't recommen this enough.

Great features, but not solid

I love the possibilities of the M-Patch 2. Trouble is the input selection switch, for switching between the main input and the aux input. The first M-patch I ordered I had to send back, because the switch made cracking noises and most of the time the right channel was gone when switching to the aux input. The Thomann guys were great and sent me a new one witch works fine. So a few weeks back I ordered an extra M-Patch for my mastering studioroom and guess what: the same trouble again. JBL has got to improve the production of this otherwise great tool.

This product is 100% reliable and the signal is not deteriorated trough this item at all.

I use it as interface to monitor Genele 1038 and Atc 150 . Nothing noticable!

Great device for home studio

Brilliant device as use it to hear mixes through my Adams then switch to hear what mix is like through ordinary small monitors , easy to setup and great quality
