I can't imagine how I lived without this.
tsiguel 28.05.2018
There reasons I chose this chair are:
- I needed the drum throne to be 70cm off ground, this is one of the very few that go that high
- I needed the chair to maintain height so the pin-in-hole system for this chair are great.

First, the negatives (very negligible):
- the seat itself is quite bulky and thus does not fit in most of my bags (unless only the seat is there)
- No back rest (but can be purchased separately)
- Quite pricy (but quality justifies)

Now onto the positives:
- This thing is solid, does not move, really well built and feels like a solid piece of furniture without any travel. Looks like it can take abuse
- The seat although bulky is extremely comfortable and I finally can play for long stretches of time without getting back tired.

This is one of the purchases that I use every day and this throne ticks all of the boxes I wanted

Great working chair for the Aeron-incompatible.
SebastianJames 09.03.2022
I'm not a drummer; I just needed a stool that I can perch on comfortably, because the fabled Aeron just wants to fold my back and hips in ways they don't like.

The good:
It's very comfortable, and setup is easy. Adjusting the height is nice and simple.

The bad:
It squeaks loudly every time you shift your weight. This was easily fixed with WD-40, so this is an FYI rather than a reason not to buy.
The locking screw comes loose quickly and easily, so the saddle doesn't stay fixed in place. I haven't found a solution for this; I just reach down and tighten it whenever I feel it wobbling and swivelling. This is why I deducted a point for stability.

Overall, it almost entirely lives up to K&M standards - I don't expect to ever wear this thing out.

Very confi, if you are tall or like to sit high, it's for you!
NME Dan 23.11.2022
As a 203cm tall drummer usually the standard thrones are not my toys, but this one is just awesome. Stable like a mountain, max height goes up to 700mm (minus a few mms on the padding due to your weight), but I don't even use it on the tallest setup. The fixed increment height adjusment works very well for me, easy to adjust, and the fixing rotating know holds the whole seat like a beast. Absolutely zero wobbling. The seat is very soft and confortable (maybe a bit too soft, but can get used to it easily), and it's very wide too! If you want to pack it up and transport if often, you might need to get the seat off the legs to gain space, but it's one knob and it's off in seconds. I'm very pleased with it, highly recommended!

PS, if you're not too tall or prefer low seat positions, the lowest setting might be a bit too much depending on your preference.

"Keyboard Throne"
uro-frank 15.01.2021
