Unexpectedly impressive sticks

I did not have especially high expectations of the Kuppmen Carbon Fibre Sticks but they have surprised me with how close to wooden sticks they feel. There is a perceptible difference in terms of feel and tone but these are much more subtle differences than you would expect from such drastically different materials.

I was particularly surprised by the psychological impact. I was much less concerned about damaging the sticks with rimshots and hitting hard generally, so found myself playing more freely as a result.

An unexpected bonus of these excellent sticks.

really satysfied with those. Thin but basically unbreakable. I would advice them for everyone who didn't try them and for basically every style.

they are more heavy than normal 7a, but obviously lighter than 5a, so yeah. just go for it

écharde et problème avec les olives

J'ai choisi des baguettes carbon, pour la solidité... Mais il y a un problème avec ce modèle après quelque rimshot j'ai des petites échardes de carbone !! Et croyez moi, c'est galère à enlever, au début une puis deux... Donc plus de crostick .
C'est ma deuxième paire, car elle me convient bien, mais les échardes, je n'en peux plus. Puis un souci avec une olive comme si elle était vide ou fendu bref, bizarre le son.

Cela fait déjà presque un an que j'ai cette paire de baguette et elle tient le coup. N'hésiter pas le carbone est de très bonne qualité, au début je trouvais que le prix était trop cher pour une paire de baguette mais pour sa longévité c'est nickel!
