Wonderful instrument

First time buying a Sire guitar, I've never had a J-style type of guitar and after this guitar i'm a fan.

I have learned a bit about guitars through the years and the setup of the guitar was flawless out of the box. The action was low and comfortable, the neck relief was on point, there is no sharp frets, the frets are super polished I can see my reflection on them and none of them was high; the nut seems to be well cut and holds tune fairly well (still have to do more testing), the rolled fingerboard edges are super nice (I had never experienced this feature on a guitar before and it just makes it smoother).

The pickups are nice and do its thing (now that we know that pick-ups are not important for tone, Glenn viewer here). I would have loved to have locking tuners and SS frets as well but I guess for this price there is already a lot of other high-end features that compensate.

I cannot recommend enough this guitar, I've had many other relatively affordable guitars but the setup was never as good as this.
