Ich habe eine weile nach einer G Saite gesucht, welche nicht metallisch klingt. Vorher hatte ich die klassische Larsen Saite und dort klang die Saite recht scharf bis metallisch. Mit der Il Cannone ist das kein Stück mehr. Sie ist zwar teurer aber es macht deutlich mehr Freude damit zu spielen. Ich würde sie jedem empfehlen der bisher Probleme mit einem metallischen/scharfen Klang hatte.
