I rather prefer to play with wood reeds. There are missing colors and quality in the sound with plastic reeds.

Très surpris par cette anche. J'etais plutot sceptique sur la qualité des anches synthetiques. Le son est assez proche du roseau. A niveau egal, la legere est une demi force en dessous des vandoren classiques. Je joue habituellement du 3 1/2 en classique, je trouve que la legere est beaucoup trop facile à jouer.(il n'existe malheureusement pas encore du 4!) Les suraigus sortent "trop" facilement, et les graves sont plutot brillant à mon gout. A tester!

Las mejores cañas sintéticas que he probado

Toco principalmente música clásica y hace años que toco con un Selmer serie 3 lacado y cañas Vandoren Azul del 3 1/2, estas cañas sintéticas han sido todo un descubrimiento para mí.
Aviso que hablo de el modelo Signature de Legere, el modelo inferior (cada caña vale la mitad que una de estas) no he tenido ocasión de probarlo pero me han hablado muy mal de él.

Ventajas:
- La principal ventaja que tienen es que siempre tienes la misma caña, no tienes que estar preocupado de si te sale buena o mala, sabes perfectamente como va a sonar y siempre lo hace de la misma manera.
- Facilita enormemente la emisión en todo el registro del saxofón, teneis que probarla para comprobarlo...
- Claridad en el sonido. Cuando toco un pasaje muy rápido con esta caña puedo conseguir que se distingan todas y cada una de las notas que toco. En los pasajes mas lentos y melódicos no penseis que se queda corta, da una calidez en el sonido muy buena.
- Mejora la calidad de sonido en el registro grave del instrumento: Facilita muchísimo que el sonido en este registro no sea gordo y pesado, igualándolo con el del resto del registro.
- Facilita la emisión en el registro grave del instrumento: No sólo mejora el sonido sino que la fácilidad de emisión es asombrosa, nunca había podido emitir con tanta claridad y seguridad tan piano en notas graves.
- Tacto en la boca agradable, no es un plasticucho que nos moleste en la boquilla.
- El registro sobreagudo sale con la misma o mayor facilidad que con las cañas tradicionales.
- No hace falta chuparla o calentarla antes de tocar. ¡Si eres valiente hasta puedes colocarla y salir al escenario sin siquiera probar el saxo!
- Se pueden cortar y lijar del mismo modo que una caña tradicional para ajustarlas al gusto personal de cada uno (para cortalas recomiendo un cortacañas de calidad decente, sino sólo conseguiremos doblarlas).

Desventajas:
- Calidad de sonido en el registro agudo. Esta es la mayor pega que les veo, el registro sobreagudo suena un poco estrecho y metálico. Sin embargo llevando el suficiente cuidado se saca el mismo o mejor sonido que con una caña de madera.
- Aun siendo sintéticas no todas las cañas salen iguales, unas salen mejor que otras, pero siempre con un mínimo de calidad: o salen buenas o excelentes.
- A los 45 - 60 min de uso intenso se ablandan, por lo que es conveniente tener varias (mínimo 2 o 3) e ir rotándolas.
- Vida útil. He tenido una mala experiencia con la vida útil de las primeras cañas que compré de este tipo, no me han durado ni 6 meses y cada una vale 25€. De todas formas esto puede ser debido a que las he tocado más de 1 hora seguida, tengo compañeros que las rotan cada 45 min y ya llevan más de un año con las mismas cañas. Además, como se pueden cortar podemos darle un soplo de vida más.
- Son un poco más blandas que las vandoren azul, y la numeración máxima es el 3 1/2 por lo que a mi se me quedan un poco blandas, pero me he terminado acostumbrando.
- No a todo el mundo le van, hay gente que las nota raras, incluso varían un poco la afinación del instrumento, aunque en mi caso es más una ventaja que desventaja, ya que lo único que me ha variado son las notas de la mano izquierda del registro grave, estas notas normalmente se suelen quedar un poco bajas y las cañas me han corregido este problema tan común y de difícil solución.

Si no las has probado y sobretodo si tienes un nivel medio-alto o alto te recomiendo que lo hagas cuanto antes.

kurz und knapp:
top Sound, top Verarbeitung, Ansprache gut (außer bei den Tönen d''' aufwärts), ermöglicht lange entspannte Auftritte

Ich spiele normalerweise die Vandoren 3,5. Da diese aber in letzter Zeit immer quietschen, vor allem bei Auftritten von über 2h, und ich durchaus auch mal Auftritte von 3-6h (Musikverein lässt grüßen) spiele, habe ich neue Blätter gesucht.
Meine Lehrerin hatte dieses Blatt und ich durfte es einmal ausprobieren. Habe mich sofort verliebt.
Die Ansprache ist super, auch im tiefen Register kommen die Töne sofort. Der Klang ist sehr schön, habe damit meine D3-Prüfung gespielt und nutze es immer an Konzerten. Mit diesem Blatt ist mein Ansatz auch viel entspannter und ich kann viel länger durchspielen.

Trotzdem muss ich in punkto Ansprache 1 Stern abziehen, da die Obertöne, also g''' aufwärts viel leichter quietschen als mit Holzblätter. Aber nach einigem Üben hat man den Dreh raus ;).
Ab und zu passiert es auch, dass die Töne ab d''' nicht kommen. Da hilft dann nur ein festerer Ansatz.

Fazit: Für alle die lange Auftritte (Musikverein etc.) spielen und dabei einen konstanten Klang suchen und trotzdem einen entspannten Ansatz haben möchten, kann ich dieses Blatt nur empfehlen. Allerdings muss man das Blatt während dem Spielen oft abwischen, da es den Speichel nicht aufsaugt und man sonst verrutscht.

Info: Besser 0,5 stärker kaufen, da die Ansprache mit der Zeit nicht nach lässt. Leider gibt es die Signature nicht in der Stärke 4.
