Personally I love em… used them on and off since 2010 on my Taylor guitars in standard and Open G tunings… sure the B string is a little thin and the strings aren’t loud, but if you’re play Inga lead on a Taylor or lead and chords then they’re ideal! Very soft under the fingers and very warm in terms of tone. They wear a little quickly, but the positives outweighs the negs.. I’ve used the 12s in Eb and the 13s in D standard too…

Kind of a special needs string. They work for a guitar I need a lighter tension set for and sound better than the normal silk/steel Martins for that one.

Brauchbar mit Eingewöhnungszeitbedarf

Spielen sich haptisch sehr angenehm, flexibler Material-teint, aber dennoch stabil. Der sound ist sehr schön angenehm, nicht dumpf, aber eben auch nicht schrill und insgesamt äusserst brauchbar. Leider die ersten 2 bis 3 Stunden auch stimmungsempfindlich, das betraf leider auch eine Performance on stage, bei der ich Probleme mit der Stimmung hatte, trotzdem ich das set dreimal auf den neuen Saiten gespielt hatte. Das kenne ich von anderen Saiten so nicht, aber ich hab halt auch 90 % mit E-Gitarren gespielt. Jetzt allerdings sind die wirklich sehr schön auf meiner Fender sonora Thinline. Nimmt da etwas die dumpfe Schrilligkeit raus. Und jetzt liebe ich die angepriesene FlexxCore-Eigenschaft, spielt sich sehr schön ! Ich bestelle die nochmal mit .52er bass-Saite. Bin übergezeugt, so eine Lust auf Saiten hatte ich noch nie !
