Fits my Gretsch G9500-2SB

I've put these strings on Gretsch parlour guitar. Before was on the guitar 'factory' phosphor bronze strings bit bigger in gauge (53-12) b string snapped after 1.5yr of light playing, sooo .
Difference is that phosphor strings had that wooden rich soily flavour and these ones is more airy more watery ..
Strings took good intonation from just fist hour. i've found it ,now on second day it's been put on G9500 guitar over night it got just a bit lower in tune, but a bit of tuning and i predict i call it a day :).
Fine strings- airy fresh sound character, barre cords sounds full, light on fingers have this bouncing feeling and bit of snappiness. Bass strings i this piano type sound has some sort like Alvarez nylon sound thing a bit... .
Ok good, i'm happy with them, seems reliable strings :) .
p.s. maybe i'd liked just a bit thicker bass strings ... but hmmm set overall sounds nice, and bass is there ..all in all it fits Gretsch G9500-2SB in airy positive way of sound .

Great on 000 or 00 model guitars

Smooth as silk and sounds like a "harp".
Great sounds is produce with enduring practice.
The very light gauge makes you practice more.
Get some, try them and comment.
You will be delighted

Mellow acoustic strings - exactly what I was after

I was after some mellow strings that are not too bright when new as I much prefer that. These strings were exactly what I was after and suit my Simon & Patrick CW with good balance of tone across the strings

CORDES SILK AND STEEL MARTIN

Je monte ces cordes Silk and Steel depuis longtemps sur une guitare 12 frets ancienne de petite taille, le son est chaud et l'équilibre sonore absolument génial. Le confort de jeu est lui aussi très agréable.
J'aime un peu moins sur les guitares folk type dreadnought.
