They do exactly what you'd expect them to
I bought a set of these along with a set of e-drums as I expected the sticks included with the drums to be a bit lightweight.
These sticks proved to feel a lot more "dense" and higher quality than those included with the e-drum kit. Those included with the e-drums felt unfinished and prone to splintering where these have a satin finish which feels a lot more pleasant in the hand, yet doesn't slip.
After using them quite extensively (with a rubber head / plastic cymbal e-drum kit) for well over a year, they still look and feel as good as they did when I received them - playing (or at least trying to play) thrash metal, I do tend to use them to hit quite hard so it isn't as though I've been treating them with kid gloves.
Of course one would reasonably expect much, much more wear and tear if used with a metal rimmed / metal cymbal acoustic kit and they would need to be replaced in a fraction of the time, but they'll probably last forever with an e-drum kit. Though for the price, it certainly wouldn't cause any pain to have to buy another set (or five).
Overall, I don't think that one could reasonably expect any more from a set of sticks. For this price they're a phenomenal bargain!

Perfect for Electric Drum Kits!
When I play on an accoustic drum kit, I often damage the sticks when playing heavier genres of music, but on the electric drum set this never happens so these sticks are the perfect combination! They're super light so I'm able to play fast and can also give that grip I want to really punch the drums, love it!

Well balanced, durable, affordable
I've been playing with these sticks for quite some time now, and they're exactly what I need. Robust, well balanced and tough! And very affordable, you play hard and you don't care much for the abuse you give them.

Only being used as an excited
I am not a drummer, i just bought it for exciting objects and making them ring, I can't judge on the sustainability when drumming!

BUY THESE
Don't waste your money on flash brand names. These sticks are hard wearing with a fairly non slip surface and ultimately like all drum sticks wear out and break so why spend more than you need to.

good quality drum sticks
I still have this pair. I can't find a problem with them. The grip is good, weight is good, finish is very nice. They lasted a lot in my use. Would recommend this for rock/metal drumming

Great pro sticks .
Another quality product from Millennium . I find the balance, tone and longevity as good as any 5b wood tip, from the big three manufacturers. Great value sticks .

Fits perfectly in one's hands
The material of a Millenium HB5A Hornbeam Wood drumstick is quite hard, has low weight and is rightly balanced, but its most important feature is that it fits perfectly in one's hands. You can look forward to these sticks for years, if you aren't too wild and look after them. In my opinion these are really good standard drumsticks, first of all for beginners, and have a high value for money.

Millenium HB5A Hornbeam-wood-
The hornbeam contruction of these sticks ensures that they have a really nice, solid weight to them, with a very positive feel when playing. Great value for money too. Go on, treat yourself.
