My go-to mic stand. Visible and sturdily built.
jkt 14.04.2018
I've been using this mic stand for... 5 years? 6 years? A long time at any rate. I'm very happy with it.

The stand itself is sturdily built. It has a bit of heft to it. It is heavy enough that you can mount a fairly large mic on it and not worry about it tipping over or becoming unstable.

All the knobs for adjusting height/angle etc are also solidly built. I've used this stand hundreds of times and haven't yet had problems. There are some small cable clips that I lost almost immediately - but I didn't miss them at all.

The color is also quite pleasant. Why are mic stands always black? It's nice to have one that's a different color as it helps you to easily keep track of what is where.

If my MS 2007 stand ever breaks, I'm planning on ordering another. Am very happy with it.

It's worth paying more over the base models
bananu7 23.10.2019
We bought two mic stands for our band recently; the cheapest Fun Generation and this one. So what does paying triple over the cheapest stand get you?

- All human points of contact, i.e. grips and knobs are much better in feel and/or rubberized
- The top boom is telescopic for additional flexibility
- All key mounting elements are metal and not plastic
- The finish is much prettier (and hey, red!)
- It feels much more stable than the cheaper version.

I would say the other reviews are on point. If you just need to buy one for home use and are planning on moving it seldom to never, the cheap one will do. This one, I wouldn't hesitate packing every night and setting up on stage.

A good and sturdy mic-stand.
Anonymous 19.01.2016
Bought this stand in about 3 months ago and it's done the job so far. It took a little time to get to grips with the adjustments and folding techniques, but once I got the hand of them the stand is great to bring along on the gigs.

I used a lot of the standard heavy stands before, but this is a bit lighter and solid as on should expect from a metal stand. I also use a dark carpet to have a grippy floor section under my rig set up, this makes placements for such gear excellent and easy.

Also, it's color, the red, looks really good on the side of my Nord Rig. This was why I bought this exact on. I'm very pleased overall, only thing I could point out is that the joints must be fastened hard or else it tends to slide off a bit. But if you always open and close them with a firm hand, and secure them tightly you will have a good stand at your side for years to come.

Millenium also deliver good price on this stand as the quality is great!

Not quite as described but very good quality
HappyGilmore 25.02.2018
This is a great unit but it doesn't stand vertically, which is not in the description, so I was quite surprised to see it. Other than that, it's very stable and study. Looks like it will gig for years.
