Eurorack Module

Resonator with three special models
'Modal Resonator' emulates the resonance properties of sheets, strings, membranes and tubes
'Sympathetic Strings' models the resonance behaviour of several strings together in one instrument
'Modulated / Inharmonic Strings' uses strong feedback delays with very short delay times to model the behavior of a string that is struck, bent or plucked
Resonator models can be triggered with audio signals or internal noise pulses
Up to 4 virtual strings can be triggered and overlapped
CV input with bipolar attenuator for all 5 parameters
Power consumption: 110mA (+12V) / 5mA (-12V)

Easily my favorite module

In general all I find that all modules from MI are superb in built quality and functions.
Rings is no exception with high quality pots, solid nice buttons and cv inputs as well as attenuators for all of them.

For the module's function the notorious standalone function really doesn't need need any introduction but I also HIGLY recommend the insert channel for adding resonators to a voice.

I am trying to find problem with this but the only thing I can think of is that its a bit large and a bit to widely used.

Cool characteristic sound

The Rings is a very nice module which is a welcome addition to my modular setup. It produces awsome and unique sounds. This also a bit the downside of this module. The sound is very characteristic which makes you not always want to use this sound.

The module offers a lot of modulation options and got hidden secret features which unlock even more tweaking possibilties. I would recommend this module.

Rings from Mutable Instruments

Very good sounding unit with great controls over the whole spectrum of sounds. If used with external audio in, this module can greatly change the incoming signal. Great value, and top notch build quality as always from Mutable Instruments!

Such a nice module

Great sounding module. Loads of depth in basses and clarity in high-ends. Very unique and specifik sounds. Should be something you're looking for. I'm running 2 for many a tripping nights. Wel constructed and sturdy.
