An excellent all in one solution

If you already have some version of Komplete then the ultimate version is well worth the upgrade. I upgraded from the Komplete 11 ultimate and even at that I ended up paying €199 for about 12 new instruments to the pack, of which realistically I would use 10/11 so for me it was a no brainer. It was between this and the CE edition but that's very loop heavy and to be honest I would never use those.

The instruments of Komplete 13 are truly unique and excellent additions to the lineup. As far as value, I definitely feel they are more than worthy of the upgrade. Noire piano is an absolute gem and really deep if you have the time to put into it. The Stradivari violin is incredibly realistic and great fun to play, and my upgrade entitled me to the picked guitar and the sunburst electric guitar both which are a fantastic addition. I use the strummed acoustics a lot in my recordings so these are a natural addition.

It's not perfect by any means. With such a vast range of instruments and genres covered you can't expect everything to be top notch. The orchestral essentials packs are good but missing some of the finer details of expression which you'll find in the CE edition but you can work around these and I have specific orchestral plug ins for this area. They are still very usable though for layering and depending on the project can even work well on their own.

So if you have Komplete 11 or under this upgrade is excellent value for money. You won't be disappointed.

NI Komplete Nummer 13

Was soll ich dazu schreiben? Ich bin seit Komplete 2 dabei und habe bisher alle Updates mitgemacht. Es ist einfach die kompletteste Sammlung an sinnvollen VSTs und man braucht vermutlich Jahre, um all die Möglichkeiten auszuschöpfen.
Vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gesehen ist NI Komplete 13 Ultimate perfekt.
Nebenbei: ich habe mich absichtlich nicht für die Collector Edition entschieden, weil ich schon heute viel Zeit mit der Suche nach den richtigen Sounds und Drumsets verwende und die "normale" Ultimate Edition ist ausreichend genug, wenn man nicht zwingend mit vielen Orchester-Ensembles arbeiten muss.
Ich bin vollauf zufrieden und werde ganz sicher auch das Update auf K14U holen.
