Nice headphones
Jackie Wu 17.10.2022
When I bought them, it took me nearly two months to get them because of the shortage of supplies.

The voice is very amazing, a little dark, and you won't be tired after listening for a long time. I have NDH20 and NDH30 at the same time. Their bass is almost as good in their respective fields (open/closed). NDH20 puts more emphasis on sound insulation and has a depression at the intermediate frequency to prevent ear canal resonance. The NDH30 sounds more like the HD650, but has more accurate bass lines and more details.

I also have KH310 speakers and switch them back and forth on RME ADI-2 pro. It can be considered that Neumann's two earphones are very successful, and they are quite close to the sound of KH310 from a specific point of view.

Compared with NDH20, NDH30 has improved weight - it is lighter, and the neck is less prone to fatigue when wearing. And the wire is softer, and it is less likely to have unnecessary winding. However, it also inherits a disadvantage of NDH20. When the wire is rubbed, noise can be heard in the earphone.

great sounding but very heavy
nichim 21.02.2023
they sound amazing! very linear, good low end, very honest in the mids.
unfortunately they are very heavy, and not very comfortable to wear. thats why i ended up sending them back, as i got crazy headache from wearing them :(
if neumann puts out a lighter or more comfy version, i would buy again immediately

Perfect sound but painful to wear
Bovey 26.12.2023
This is the most studio like sounded headphones I have ever heard, everything sounds so clear and precise without fatigue.

Unfortunately the comfort is just not there. Besides the ear pads could be bigger and deeper so my ears would not touch the headphones inside, the most painful part is the thin headband. Even though the headband is cushioned with plush foam, it’s simply too thin and narrow, which means the weight of the headphones is focused on a small area of your head. I started feeling pain on my head after using for half hour, and I observed that my scalp where touches the headband turned reddish. Neumann should have designed a much wider and flatter headband cushion for more even weight distribution.

Not bad, not bad at all
Johnny Vegas 25.10.2022
Good sound and I like it better than my Focals Clear MG's.
I don't like the cable...it's long, gets tangled and weird material used.
Otherwise nice product
