J'avais commencé avec un Kala en bambou aussi, je l'ai offert à Noël pour ma grande fille et me suis prit cet Ortega qui permet de descendre plus bas sur le manche. Comme avec le Kala, j'ai mis des cordes Pyramid, de ce fait, ça sonne juste partout (les cordes d'origine étant trop élastiques).
Il sonne comme une mini contrebasse. parfois suivant le toucher la corde de sol frise un peu après la neuvième case.
Par rapport au Kala, il est mieux fini au niveau de l'accordeur intégré qui épouse parfaitement la courbe du corps de l'instrument.
