Took a chance in getting this classic mouthpiece as I couldn't really tell if it would suit my playing - which it does. It's finely crafted with the quality you'd expect from Otto Link, reasonably priced and worth a go in the never ending pursuit of the ultimate mouthpiece !

J'ai acheté ce bec parmi 5 autres, à la recherche d'un son rond et chaleureux....
C'est clair, c'est net : l'otto link a le son PARFAIT : un son feutré, rond et profond, avec un caractère prenant. Juste magnifique ! Je n'ai aucun effort à faire pour obtenir le son voulu : le bec le fait par lui même, aucune prise de bec :)...
De plus, les articulations sont très nettes et précises d'une facilité renversante. Bref je le dis encore : un son incroyable et un confort presque "inné" au bec.
Malheureusement, il y'a un bémol : la puissance et la réactivité... Je vais essayer une version moins ouverte pour voir, mais je trouve qu'il manque de punch... Je dirais que son "complémentaire" serait le Daddario select Jazz, qui a un son moins timbré, (tout de même assez chaleureux) mais qui a une réactivité et une précision extrêmement plaisante !

Zunächst hatte ich die Bahnöffnung 7* bestellt und traf auf die oft beschriebene Otto Link Qualität: die Verarbeitungsqualität war so lala und das Mundstück klang durch die vorhandenen Unebenheiten auch nicht rund. Dank des tollen Thomann Service tauschte ich es problemlos in ein neues Mundstück mit Bahnöffnung 8 und hatte dieses Mal Glück. Die Verarbeitung stimmt und das Mundstück klingt zusammen mit den Royal 3.0 für mich einfach traumhaft. Genau mein Sound. Und das zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.
