Outstanding value for money

Looks good, plays well, sounds great, all at a reasonable price. I wanted an inexpensive nylon string guitar to sit alongside my Taylor 6-string acoustic and Martin 12-string. I didn't want to spend a lot but wanted a great sound, this Ovation delivers and the built in pick-up particularly delivers superb sound quality. The guitar has a slightly wider neck than I am used to but is comfortable and easy to play. A great choice for beginners and seasoned players alike. I ordered from Thomann because the price and availability were the best I'd seen, including delivery to the UK.

Was für ein unglaubliches Instrument und ein noch fantastischer Service vom Thomann Team. Wie gewohnt sehr gut verpackt und sogar schon so gut wie gestimmt.
Zum Instrument selbst: Optik, Verarbeitung bei meinem Instrument sehr sehr gut, keinerlei Mängel. Sound: da geht die Sonne auf,unverstärkt richtig rund und ausgewogen,sehr gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen, verstärkt kommt sie durch den eingebauten Pickup noch besser,so stelle ich mir das vor ohne großen Einstellungen. Was auch noch ein tolles Feature ist,bedingt durch die runde Bauform hatte ich Bedenken dass sie ständig rutscht.. ist aber nicht der Fall weil Ovation wie so eine Antirutsch Beschichtung auf der Unterseite angebracht hat,sehr gut. Mechanik ist butterweich und sehr effektiv und stimmstabil. Der Hals ist eine gute Mischung aus "echt"klassischer und E Gitarre,48mm. Die originalen Saiten sind auch sehr gut,da gibt's auch nix zu bemängeln.
Fazit: dieses Instrument ist jeden Euro wert und definitiv eine klare Empfehlung.

Sehr gute Gitarre - Schlechte Verpackung ohne Polsterung

Die Gitarre hat eine sehr guten Ton und lässt sich sehr gut bespielen, ... wenn sie heil geliefert wird. Ich war schockiert als ich sah daß Thomann eine 500 Euro teure Gitarre ohne richtigen Polsterschutz verschickt hat. Da war nur ein dünnes weißes Nylon Papier um die Gitarre gelegt und einige Fetzen Papier im Karton! Der Kurier von der Post, hat den Karton geschupst, geschlagen und getreten, an Wänden, Türen und Treppen als er sie brachte, ohne jeglichen Sinn von Vorsicht und es ist ein Wunder daß die Gitarre nicht beschädigt wurde.
Bei einer Bestellung von 500 EURO, erwartet man eine RICHTIGE PROFESSIONELLE ALLSEITIGE - SCHAUMSTOFFPOLSTERUNG der Gitarre und nicht nur einige Papierfetzen!
Ich habe von Thomann mehr PROFESSIONALITÄT erwartet, mit Wissen und Verständniss für die Gebrechlichkeit von Musikinstrumenten aus Holz und der unvorsichtigen Handhabung von Paketen bei der Post !

Geniale Gitarre

Die Gitarre lässt sich mit der richtigen Besaitung butterweich spielen.
Der Ton ist Ovationtypisch fast ätherisch.
Man macht hier absolut nichts falsch für den Preis.
