Paiste 2002 Classic 24" Ride

Genres:
I was searching ultimate crash/ride, laud, clear, durable and suitable for different genres which I play like stoner, sludge, death and doom metal.

Sound as a ride:
Versatile, sensitive, warm, full sound with clear ping, medium sustain and loud bell. You can play on it light things which require soft and calm patterns but it cuts through in blast beats and double bass drumming without any problems.

Sound as a crash:
Very very loud, explosive with long sustain but still great sounding in studio. You will be the loudest drummer in the area but due the weight it could be difficult to control at the beginning. For that reason probably you will need some heavy cymbal stand.

Quality:
Premier League - no more to say.

Summary:
As a ride it's very good for many genres but in my opinion it can reach full potential as a crash/ride.
