Compared to Rode NT5, are about 5 dB sensibler, louder.
I recordet some birds and piano wit Sound Devices MixPre 3 II , and I didn't noticed any difference. Maybe the bird recording was a little bit noisyer with Presonus, but I have to make more recordings.
Anyway, for the money, great mics !

Ich habe die zwei Dinger sehnsüchtig erwartet seit sie angekündigt worden sind. Und, das Warten hat sich gelohnt. Ich nutze sie als OH's in der Drum-Booth.
Gegen die etwas teurere Variante, welche ich für anderes brauche und deswegen eine günstige Alternative für die OHs gesucht habe, schlagen sie sich richtig gut. 5dB runterdrehen und dann erfüllen sie ihren Job.

Ich bin ein Fan von PreSonus aber auch von Neumann KMs, da können die PM-2 ehrlichgesagt nicht ganz mithalten. Aber man bedenke den Preis. Der ist hier nämlich ausschlaggebend. Diese passen nun wirklich in jedes Budget und machen dafür ordentlich Sound.

Disons-le les PM 2 PRESONUS ne concurrenceront pas les neumann série KM, les AKG C451 d'antan ou même les Oktava du même type. Mais ils vous permettront toutefois de réaliser quelques prises intéressantes sans concessions sur un charley de batterie, une petit orchestre a cordes, une guitare, et peut-être même un piano. Un rapport prix encore jamais vu pour cette qualité. Livré avec la barre de couple! Une bonne qualité made by PRESONUS!

très bon produit pour le prix demandé. Utilisés comme Overheads sur une batteriie ou prise acoustique sur une guitare le son est clair et précis. Par contre la boite carton pour le transport n'est pas à la hauteur du produit.
