Good enough for our living room
Anonymous 13.06.2015
We use the T10 in our living room for listening to music, in line with two Genelec 8010APs and it's doing a nice job. I didn't have the chance to check out many subwoofers before (and none in this environment), but the T10 fulfills my expectations quite well.

The frequency response specs "20-200Hz" are quite exaggerated, but I didn't really expect it to go that deep at reasonable SPL. After all, it's placed in the modest price range. Somewhere around 50+Hz it seems to have its maximum, 40 Hz it can still play with quite some pressure, but below that it gets less and less quite rapidly. I'm not sure how someone would be able to listen to 23 Hz sine waves with this, like another (German-language) comment suggests . But then, I'm not sure I can 'hear' 23 Hz anyway :-)

Since the Genelecs are connected to the same line signal as the T10, I cannot comment on the crossover out feature. Neither do I use the foot pedal, so cannot comment on that one either. The T10's finish is quite good in general, and it makes a robust impression. Nothing's loose or rattling. A small minor detail was an improperly cut-off piece of coating next to the back side of the front plate.

Perfect Companion to My Presonus Eirs E44 Twins
Firas Al Atiyat 30.08.2020
Great value for money.
Bass is really deep, with enough gain to shake the whole building.
I was initially worried about humming noise, given some of the reviews, but I never experienced any of that. It could be some interference they had from surroundings, but luckily I never had this at all.
An awesome companion to its Eris E44 cousins sitting on top of my station. It adds up to their gain, but that can also be adjusted with a little experience, as both of them are active with gain controls.
The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it is huge. I knew I was getting a 10 inch subwoofer, but I didn't expect it to be as bulky, taking up more space than I initially allocated. It is also heavy, so make sure you complete all adjustment before setting it in position.

Best in price class
Xxlguru 03.04.2017
I have to revert my initial review enthusiasm.
First one I got came dead. Now the second one died. Although materials seem to be good something is wrong.

I took a gamble. I have order it without hearing it ever. Also all of my testing with subs and my monitors (Yamaha HS7) where done at the local store and not at my place. So it is all just about how I remember it sounding and not side by side testing.

Pro's:
Features for it's price bracket
Enough power
Solid build quality

Negatives:
Came dead first time and now after 21 months of use at low power and not many hours per day second sub is dead. Not a Fuse issue either. First it did not want to switch between monitors only and complete system and now does not want to turn on at all.

Bit harder to set up
Seems to add few dB amplification on monitor outputs
filter for monitors is fixed 80Hz

You do not want to see a box it comes in. Also marketing is a miss. It is not meant to bump and Over Power rest of your system.

If your monitors are at 0 dB it is easier to adjust it. Soon as you change monitor levels it is hard to find a sweet spot again. Pot's for gain and filter value are not easiest but not so bad as some reviews make it look.

It add's 3D-ness to a sound. It goes deep but nowhere as deep as marketed. At least not with a flat response or usable level. Some 8" 2 way monitors will sound as deep but will not feel same.

Break the sub in. Never put to much gain. It will just peak and and sound bad actually.

To really have a better sounding Sub with comparable features you need to go 2-3x more money.

So it is not a best sub ever but in a price range it is serious contender.

I love option to be able to bypass sub totally. You can check a mix for unwanted sub frequency drone. You can set up bass to sound good and deep on monitors without over-boosting deepest octaves for nothing. Or you can mix music with deepest usable octaves knowing that you are hearing them correctly. So some songs sound almost a same with or without it accept it gives it 3rd dimension. Others sound Epic.

Do not adjust gain to far. It might sound "better" to listen to but will not represent final product correctly.

I love it. Combination Yamaha HS7 and T10 is just perfect for me.

Although it's volume is super I keep it on low input and it get the job done for my room.

The back panel controls doesn't seem very good quality, not like I will change often the values but...
