Gold conductor, home studio quality cable
Bought this cable, along with the matching 75 ohm resistor plug, to use between a rack-mounted mic preamp, and a focusrite interface for wordclock timing.
At the price of this cable, you really can't go wrong. If this cable is being used behind some rack equipment and will not be bumped around too much, I feel it would last a long time. If you plan on having this BNC cable exposed and moved around a significant amount, then you might want to get something more durable, as this cable is a basic cast unit with no connector end.
The cable works great as is. Suggested buy for basic home studio use, or as an auxiliary/backup cable.

Good Cable
Bought this cable with the objective of connecting a Yamaha multitrack recorder to a Edirol sound card for clock purposes in a home studio.
Pros: Worked flawlessly in the above mentioned conditions
Cons: If your intended use is of a rougher nature (live work or studio sessions where you need to move around the cables a lot) you might need a stronger cable.

Good quality reliable cable
The pro snake BNC cable is a good quality BNC cable and I would have no problem recommending it. The cable itself is stiff and sturdy, while the connectors seem strong enough to rely upon day in day out.
My cable lives in the back of my 19 inch rack, where it connects securely to my word clock sockets on my soundcard and 8 channel preamp. I use the BNC connector to sync, and an adat connection for the digital audio connection, as the word clock BNC connection is less susceptible to interference.
Overall I would happily recommend this cable, as long as the 0.5 metre length is enough for your needs.
