It does send signals
I find it hard to find a balance between quality and price in european cable markets. Before I bought this product I got a much more pricy one from Fnac which didn't pass any datas at all between an analogue synth and computer, this could be the most affordable and usable one that i've found online.
This absolutely works fine, however there are two apparent faults while they were designing it / making it which make this product actually cheaper than that it is priced as:
1, while it's connecting to my macbook laptop, the imaged face with digital engraving with its logo is inverted
2, the usb cable part prominently sways horizontally as it connects loosely to the usb slot on a apple macbook( mid-2014), which made me feel totally insecure at the beginning.
