Pedalboard Amp
CarlosJo, 09.02.2019
I use Interblock 45 on my pedalboard with some effects going through the Interblock 45's send and return. Sending the Direct out to the FOH. Sounds good, responds well to effects, sensitive to EQ and gain adjustments. Well built. Would buy it again.

My intended use scenario was to park the quilter permanently on my pedalboard and use it only as a headphone amp if I can not make a row over the "right" amp at night.

Of course, I would not have expected a true tube cervix. However, the praises on the Internet were clear, so my expectations of the box were still high. Unfortunately, I have to say that he does not sound pleasant on headphones if you do not at least einschleift something reverb in the FX loop. To be honest, even Line 6's old pod on my ears sounded more like iconic tube amp.

Feel is also typical Transistoramp. Those who do not necessarily value analogue technology may be better served with such a digital amp and speaker simulator. So I'm going to look at Thomann, what has happened in the modeling area.

Another deal breaker: as soon as I hung the quilter behind a digital pedal, a high-pitched whirring noise emerged. But that may say more about the quality of that pedal or maybe the power supply?

Conclusion: Unfortunately, nothing for me. As an emergency solution to blow the medium-sized guitar box (at 4 ohms after all 45 watts!) He may be OK. Just do not hang in front of another effects pedal, because it's a speaker output!
