The Rockstand offers an inexpensive alternative with space for 2 electric guitars/basses and 1 large acoustic guitar - ideal for the rehearsal room and studio - and it works great on stage too of course, but for this we would recommend the tourworthy case option - also by Rockstand.

Great for using at home and on stage.

I got this guitar stand when reached the number of 3 guitar - 2 electric and 1 acoustic. I have been using it for a couple of years now and it is perfect. Brought it with me on stage for a couple of a shows, where I ran into the problem of quickly switching between guitars, but nothing too bad.

Pros.
1. Light. This guitar stand is really lightweight.
2. Stable. Stability is good with this one. Have not had any instances where the guitars have fallen out or anything similar to that.
3. Easy to move it and carry it around as well as setting up. It is one piece and it fold together, so it is perfect for carrying around. Since it folds up, it can take up a bit of space, but not so much to cause annoyance.

Cons.
1. Bit tricky on docking guitars quickly. When it comes to quickly switching guitars while playing live, it sometimes gets tricky on docking the guitar, because every time I did it live, I had to put it down carefully and make sure that it sits in okay, because the guitar head stock would stay a couple of inches away from the resting point (handle at the top).

Overall - a solid guitar for 3 guitars (2 electric, 1 acoustic). Highly recommend.

Cheap but...

...I had been using this stand for a couple of years years with 3 electric guitars, 1 base and one small acoustic, until the foam at the base went south and the metal parts got exposed (not good for heavy instruments, you are risking of scratching/denting them badly).

On the bright side, it didn't do anything bad to the necks of my nitro finished guitars and you can fold it (just loosen a couple of screws) and store it easily and when folded it doesn't take much space.

This stand is reasonably ok, but I have found it to be slightly less stable than I would like.
It can be a bit fiddly when the maximum 3 guitars are on it, its easy to scrape one against the other. Maybe if there were dividers on the base support as well as for the necks, that would be the job.

The hinges have held up ok, it gets thrown around a lot - into the van and back out again, and it has shown no sign of falling apart.

If I put a very heavy instrument in (an electric standup - I shouldn't do it but stage space is too limited to use a dedicated stand), it occasionally starts to topple over, and I have taken to wedging one of the protruding feet under an amp or PA stand just in case. I did consider whether it would be good to be able to extend the length of the feet backwards to move the centre of gravity.

Decent guitar stand

This stand is okay for using it at home. But it doesn't seem to be too soild so I definitely wouldn't recommend to use it on stage. It wouldn't survive a tour at all. Also I would totally recommend to place it before a wall....just seems saver to me!
I use it for three electric guitars and one acoustic guitar. If you treat the stand well it will last almost forever. It does it's job pretty good.
So the price for the Rockstand RS20890B is "okay". However the quality doesn't seem to be good enough to survive more than 3 shows but if you keep it home you will definitely be fine.
