Ich hab die Durchgangsbuchse im Rack verbaut, welches auch mein Interface (Metric Halo 2282) beheimatet.
Die Ethernetverbindung für das Interface bekomme ich so sehr einfach von der Geräterückseite an die Rackaußenseite verlagert.
D.h. ich muß das Rack nicht öffnen, um einen Anschluß nach 'draußen' zu bekommen.
Daß nicht gelötet werden muß sondern einfach gesteckt werden kann mit einem kurzen Ethernetkabel macht die Sache sehr praktisch.
