Great choice for binaural recording
New creation 23.06.2021
A wonderful choice for recording binaural audio (very realistic stereo image when playback is via headphones).

I've used them for recording location sound for a film project. Very nice when combined with a dSLR (Canon 5D etc cameras with plug in power).
Of course you need to get creative with protection from wind ( wrapping a scarf around your head...)

I have also recorded jam sessions with these. In my opinion much better sound than with the built-in mics of a Zoom H1.

CC
fantastic binaural mics
Colin C. 15.05.2013
If you're looking to make some crystal clear binaural recordings, and cheaply, these mics are undoubtedly the best in this price range. There's a dummy head to go along with this series, but you can also produce some great live subject recordings, by popping the mics in your ears.
Stereo output so it works with most modern pcm recorders.

Beeindruckend

Micro Soundman OKM 2 Klassik / Studio A3
