Barn doors ARE included :-)
After a couple of months of usage in a small and intimate music theatre we are very happy.
Diffusion filter is a must, otherwise they are a bit too hard for performer's eyes.
We had to use some adhesive tape to kill disturbing back spill of light (which got even worse with diffusion filters) but no problems as they do not get hot at all.
Led info display is nice and bright, but we also taped it, not to disturb the audience.
Completely silent, yeah!

Very bright!
Have bought two of these. They are very bright. I can say that are too bright!
I like that they has a DMX and a good and easy menu inside of them. But for the small auditoriums I would recommend to use some gel-sheets(ffilters), especially if you are not going to hang them up. Its unpleasant to look at them even from 10 meters long. Good lights, we use them, because we need more lights for video shoot.
So if you are going to buy these once, be sure to buy also filters.

Highly recomended!
Very nice, well made product. Bright enough for my needs (as it should be according to specs). Only one problem with a plastic screws on side, they are too fragile, be careful.
