Tama 28,6" Memo Clamp.

Comes standard with the new line of Tama hardware, such as the Dyna Synch hi-hat pedal.

Bought an extra to be able to support the clamp of a rack pipe that's connected to it.

As with some hinged memo clamps, you'll need both hands with this one also (and be very careful not to drop screws and springs and even a rubber gasket) when you open it.

That's why you never want to experiment and install with setups on stage.
Build your set up at home, test it during rehearsals, and don't bother with it live.
