tc electronic Shaker Vibrato

Electric Guitar EffectThe TC Chorus/Flanger is a true classic, and one of the most imitated chorus sounds ever. This pedal convinces above all by its flexibility and the analogue warmth, which is second to none.

The TC Electronic Shaker is a vibrato effect. Adjustable in Speed, Depth, Rise Time and Tone, offering all possibilities. The sound becomes especially musical when you adjust the Rise Time with feeling. Good singers, but also guitarists don't complain immediately - they sing/play straight first and then add the vibrato to the tone. Impressive!

Everything is possible - from the musical effects explained above to really dramatic effects. A three-way switch lets you choose between Vibrato, TonePrint and Latch mode.

TonePrint is the new TC Electronics feature: with USB connection, you can receive TonePrint sounds and software updates via the Internet - possibly the future of music electronics?

The Latch mode really has it all. It only sounds when the footswitch is held down - ideal for giving long fading chords a beautiful finish, or achieving a dramatic effect at certain points during a solo.

This is a good and interesting pedal.

I have been getting some great sounds from this pedal and there is so much more you can do. It really has some great possibilities. I use it on my board all the time now and find it very useful for some very warm smooth wave sounding vibrato sounds. Good pedal.

The TC Electronic Shaker is a Vibrato pedal: It will create a modulation of the pitch.

To adjust this effect we have 4 knobs: Speed, depth, rise time and tone.

- the knob speed will vary the modulation from slow to fast.
- Depth will adjust the depth of the effect, its intensity.
- Rise time will set the start time of the effect that will be from the instant to 0 or very gradually to the maximum.
- The tone adjusts the sound in the same way as the tone knob of a guitar, so from the low to the high.

In addition to this the pedal has 3 modes of operation:
1- like any pedal, you activate the effect and you press again to stop the effect.
2 - Thanks to the usb cable provided with the pedal, it is possible to take presets of the pedal made by recognized guitarists: John Petrucci (Dream Theater) and Steve Morse (Steve Morse Band, Deep Purple) for example.
3- This mode triggers the effect only when the push button is pressed. It is this feature that decided me because it is really very useful: Just to modulate smoothly a small passage of a piece or to take a rhythmic end frankly it is top.

I really do not regret my choice and it is widely exploitable for all musical styles.
