An excellent alternative!

Lots of features in a very compact format. I consider this to be an EXCELLENT alternative to Behringers (which were up to now to only real working?s man alternative) at a fraction of a cost. The sound is transparent, the quality of preamps is reasonable and the amount of connections for the footprint is nothing short of impressive. The quality of the built in effects is as expected (that is able to get the job done. Period), being that remark grounded not much on the quality itself, but in the absolute lack of programmability (which is quite obvious). Perfect for the home studio or even cafe venues, this will get the job done. I am using this in a home studio environment, mainly to add eq to the monitoring, mix midi sound sources with/to my daw and eventually add another sound source (high quality vocal microphone). I replaced a Behringer and a Yamaha with this, and I am very happy. Worst con? Not being able to solo/mute each track, but still -as said- a great deal of flexibility for this footprint. If you study your needs carefully and you are after a reasonably priced alternative, this is the one. If you want top notch quality, quit dreaming and buy a Mackie. Either way, you won?t be dissapointed.

I'm running some modulars and synths thru it for some live sessions. Works fine and I'm happy with it. When recording it into my DAW I get a lot of little pops, especially when i'm turning knobs during recording. So that's not too great. However the sound quality is real good (when not turning knobs) and the effects are a lot alike. and there's just too much digital effects to be any real good. Can't complain for that kind of money. Does what it should, like it a lot!

Pour le prix, c'est parfait.
Beaucoup de canaux, des effets sympas ( à mes oreilles, j'aime le chorus "vintage" sur mes synthés).
Bref, pourquoi se ruiner.

Attention, on ne peut pas mettre des effets distincts sur chaque canal, c'est un effet pour tous les canaux mais que l'on peut mixer par canal ( et donc couper)

Not quite what I expected

Well, it's a reasonably priced mixer with a solid construction, but the sound is not so solid. Feature-wise, it's okay, but maybe the built-in fx are overkill. I get this weird clipping noise (even with very low input levels) at the output section, which disappears if you enable the "Fx to Ctrl" feature. I'm guessing it has to do with the DSP, but not quite sure. Besides that, it works fairly well for some home work.
