Para colocar el anillo en el borde de la campana y así evitar rayaduras y golpes producidos al dejar el instrumento en el suelo apoyado sobre la misma. Muy útil en bombardinos y tubas, que suelen apoyarse en el suelo sobre la campana.
No afecta excesivamente al sonido, ya que es muy fino y solo se apoya en el anillo de la campana.
Es un anillo de goma cerrado y flexible. Al principio cuesta ponerlo y parece que es más pequeño que el diámetro de la campana, pero estad seguros que si habéis elegido bien el diámetro de vuestra campana encaja perfectamente.
El de 30cm es apto para Alexander 151, Besson 967, Adams E1, Besson prestige 2052, etc.

Protection pour pourtour de pavillon Yamaha YEP 321.
Se monte bien avec un très léger jeu.

Pour un besson international BE 767, c'est un peu juste mais ça rentre en chauffant légèrement le bell ring qui ne bouge plus après la mise en place.

Mit Geschick und warmen Wasser war der Ring drauf.
Ideal für Leute, die ihr Instrument häufig abstellen oder irgendwo eng sitzen (wie ich, in einer Aufnahmekabine) Da kann man schon ruhig mal irgendwo anecken und es passiert nichts. Kerben und Kratzer sind hier ausgeschlossen. Die Transparenz macht, dass man es von Weitem kaum wahrnimmt. Sehr gute Idee und hat sich für die paar Flocken mehr als gelohnt.

Praktisch und wenig auffällig

Ich habe den 300 mm-Ring für den 310 mm-Trichter meines Euphoniums bestellt. Paßt, da das Material dehnbar ist. Ab und zu stellt man das Ding doch einmal so auf den Boden. Hier hilft der Ring, Kratzer zu vermeiden.
Die auffällige Schweißstelle am Ring ist mittelschön, aber wie will man das sonst machen. Außer dem kritischen Benutzer fällt das niemand auf.

Funktionell ist das Produkt erste Sahne. Meine Empfehlung.
